Citadel Theatre

We were thrilled to undertake the task of rebranding St. Helens based company The Citadel Theatre, to infuse it with a new identity that would resonate with both loyal and new audiences alike. Our journey began with understanding the history & legacy of the town’s theatre that has belonged for many years. By doing this, we were able to accurately conceptualise a logo that would serve as a sort of beacon (if you may) of its cultural significance. Through collaborative discussions with the team down at The Citadel Theatre, our work was crafted to symbolise the building itself, along with the typography of the year it was established. Given that members of our team are somewhat alumni’s of the town, we felt it was a privilege to have witnessed the transformation and are honoured to have played a part in shaping the future of such a storied institution.
